Texas Keeper Cider was started in 2013 by three long-time friends, all born and raised in Austin, TX. Working with small growers, seeking out heirloom and traditional cider apple varieties, their work serves to construct ciders that reflect the great qualities of the fruit itself, and the simple process of fermentation.

Their ciders are on the dry side, well-balanced, and highly drinkable. Crafted to be enjoyed on any occasion, with a wide variety of foods. Taking their name from a Texan heirloom apple called the 'Hicks Texas Keeper', their ciders are the perfect accompaniment to local foods and serve as an excellent representation of small-scale craft producers that are having fun with their products.
