Brothers Andy and Ziggy Szymczyk emigrated to the U.S. from Poland with their parents in the early 80s to plant roots in the states. After moving to Texas from the Northeast in 2015, Andy and his wife of almost 20 years, Susie, set out to replicate the flavors of their beloved Eastern European cuisine in the Texas Hill Country.

With a restaurant and market in Leander opened in 2019 they've expanded their offerings to include a robust dine-in menu, market, deli counter, and of course, their frozen Pierogi. Enjoy a taste of the Old World at home with these bites from the experts at Ziggy's!
