South Tex Organics began in 1984 with Dennis Holbrook's devotion to providing natural organic citrus. His dream stemmed after purchasing the family citrus operation and he continued through years of challenges, learning, and growing to renew the soil and obtain harmony in the ecosystem. The long road paid off leading to 500 acres in Texas providing varieties of citrus as well as red and yellow onions.

Dennis's passion is displayed in the community where he is a founding member of the Texas Organic Growers Association and is involved in the Organic Trade Association and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
