Farmhouse delivery offers Meal Kits, Rancher Boxes, and Produce Boxes on a subscription basis - Choose every week or bi-weekly for any of these, you can also choose monthly delivery for rancher boxes!

Aside from our subscriptions- we also offer a wide variety of a-la-carte Groceries. Discover something new every week!

*Each order is subject to a 5% Recurring Sustainability Fee, this helps to support extra measures taken to ensure safety of reusable packaging. For orders over $200 this becomes a flat fee of $10.*

Yes! Tipping your driver is not required, but it is certainly appreciated. You can leave a one-time tip or a recurring tip to show your appreciation for every delivery you receive.

Here's how to do it:

  1. When you login to your account, you should be taken to a page that lists all of your upcoming deliveries and the contents of your cart. On the right, you'll see a line for your order 'Subtotal', with a line for 'Tip your Packer & Driver' just beneath that. Click on the red dollar amount '$0.00'.
  2. A pop-up window will appear where you can fill in the tip amount you'd like to add. If you want to leave a recurring tip, click the box that reads 'Make default for this route's upcoming deliveries'. Click the 'Save' button.
If your tip doesn't automatically show on the screen, just refresh your page, it should appear in the tip line.

No checkout button here! We use order cutoff times to finalize your cart. If your delivery date is Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday- your order cutoff is 3pm two days prior to delivery. Tuesday order cutoff is 10pm Sunday night. Once the cutoff has passed, your order is confirmed. Should you like to make any changes post cutoff, reach out to [email protected] for assistance!

*Please note that Meal Kit selections must be made one week in advance of your cutoff time.*
Our deliveries usually occur between 8am and 8:30pm. Due to our sustainable routing process, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times. If the phone number on your account can receive text messages, you will receive a 2 hour approximate heads up of your delivery arriving, and then another message when the driver is headed your way!
We are proud to offer sustainable, reusable packaging for your orders! The materials we use include our plastic bins, insulated fabric bags, freezer bags, and ice packs. Do not discard or keep these items as we rely on them being returned to get them cleaned and back into circulation.

Please leave the empty bins/bags and ice packs outside on your next scheduled delivery day, and the driver will make the exchange.

About Our Products

We strongly believe in eating local, so the majority of produce we sell is from Texas, most from farms within 150 miles of Austin. We venture a little farther out for specialty items like citrus, avocados, apples and mangoes. We also understand that not everyone wants to eat seasonally 100% of the time, so we have also carefully selected a handful of farms outside of Texas in order to be able to offer you organic favorites such as bananas and grapes in our Produce Boxes.
Yes, by hovering over the item and clicking "What's Inside" you can see what components are going to be in your produce box for the coming week. Please note that the content list of the box is subject to change due to harvest complications that may arise and cause a last minute change in the contents.
Featuring Texas-local produce, our Local Produce Boxes are curated weekly for peak seasonality, sourcing entirely from small to mid-sized Texas farms that are committed to using Certified Organic or beyond-organic practices.

We vet our farmers and their methods so you don’t have to and are committed to working only with farmers whose growing practices are nourishing to the land and to the people we feed.

  • Snack on raw veggies, either plain or with a dip such as hummus
  • Make a salad (at least one head of lettuce is included in every Local Produce Box)
  • Roast, pan-fry, steam, boil veggies and add spices to create delicious side-dishes
  • Make a soup by simply adding stock or make it a more filling meal by adding proteins like beans, lentils or meat
  • Make a quick curry with the simple addition of a house-made sauce
  • Make a veggie stock by boiling up every bit of the leftovers from your produce box
  • If you still have produce left, be a hero by sharing the love of food with family, friends, and co-workers

*Sometimes your selected items may not be available due to harvest changes. Don't worry though--our team will make sure you receive a substitution. To ensure our fulfillment associates make the best choice possible, you can designate up to 3 fruit or vegetable dislikes on your account, which will be substituted with other available seasonal produce. This can be entered on the 'Preferences' section of your customer account.

We are proud to offer a wide range of produce options in our store. USDA certified organic products will be clearly labeled as "Organic" on our site. With that being said, many of our small family farmers adhere to organic growing practices but do not have the resources to afford organic labeling on their products. As such, their produce cannot be labeled as 'Certified Organic' as per USDA regulations.
No. It is currently illegal to sell raw milk outside of farm locations. We do however sell raw milk cheese.
Farmhouse rigorously quality tests every meat supplier who hand-selects every cut. We only believe in pasture-raising animals and humane processing practices. We support ranchers who treat their animals with with care, kindness, and the utmost respect for their upbringing, quality of life, and diet.

To be eligible for delivery, orders in the Austin delivery zone (All Austin, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, and New Braunfels) must meet a minimum subtotal of $49.99.
Our delivery fee in this region is $7.99.
Purchases of $79.99 or more qualify for free delivery.
To be eligible for delivery, orders in the Houston delivery zone & San Antonio delivery zone must meet a minimum subtotal of $69.99.
Our delivery fee in this region is $9.99.
Purchases of $99.99 or more qualify for free delivery.
To be eligible for delivery, orders in the Dallas delivery zone must meet a minimum subtotal of $89.99.
Our delivery fee in this region is $14.99.
Purchases of $119.99 or more qualify for free delivery.


Service Updates

Due to increases in production costs across the food-production industry, we have made the decision to increase our Produce Box prices and order minimums. Please understand these changes are necessary to continue to provide our farmers, ranchers and producers with a fair wage so they can continue to operate and produce high-quality artisan products.
Customers can expect to see changes in pricing for subscription orders and minimum order thresholds to go into effect starting the week of April 11th, 2022.

*Please note that the pricing update will affect orders placed for this fulfillment week regardless of whether the order is part of an ongoing subscription or was entered at an earlier point in time.

To check your orders eligibility for delivery navigate to Farmhousedelivery.com and login to view your shopping cart. There will be a notification message in your basket that will let you know whether you’ve met the order minimum.
Due to the recent and rapid rise in fuel prices, Farmhouse Delivery has implemented a temporary fuel fee of $1.75. Our hope is that fuel prices will begin to decrease in the near future, at which time we will remove this fee. Until then, this charge will automatically apply to all orders (regardless of whether the 'free delivery' threshold has been reached) to compensate for elevated transit costs.



Ordering your meal kits is easy!
*Please note however that the deadline to select our subscription dinners is different from your standard order cutoff deadline. Your meal kits will need to be selected by Tuesday at midnight, 1 week prior to your delivery. This is to ensure that we can secure specialty ingredients from our local producers. Your meal kit order reminder email will display the upcoming menu options and ordering deadline for your convenience.

Here's how you do it:
Step One: Shop The Menu

You will select your Meal Kits via your cart on the website, not via email. To choose your menu, log into your account on the website and click on the basket in the upper right-hand corner. Your Meal Kit Subscription will appear in every week's cart. To access the week of meals you want to choose, click on the date to see your cart expand. If you're not already past the deadline to order for that week's meals, you'll see an orange button titled 'customize box'. Click that box.

You aren't required to select your meal kits; if you do nothing you will still get meal kits as your account will default to recipes based on your previous order history. 
Step 2: Select Your Meals
Each meal is ordered by the 2-serving. So if you order a quantity of two, you'll receive a 4-serving of that meal.You'll also see that two of the four meals will have a default quantity of 1 applied. These are the meals you will receive if you do not select your own meals.To choose your own meals, change the quantity or click the + or - buttons.

IMPORTANT: If you want to SKIP YOUR MEALS, simply click the "x" on the far right next to the order for that week.
Yes, yes, and yes! We offer 10% off of Produce Box and Meal Kit subscriptions. To claim your discount, send an email to [email protected] requesting your veteran, senior (65 yrs+), or teacher discount, along with proof of credentials and our customer service team will send you the code to use at sign up. If you're already a member and want to claim your discount, send an email with the above information and let us know that you already have an account, we'll set you up from there!
Deliveries are packed in either reusable closed-top tote bins or insulated bags and are packed with plenty of ice packs to keep everything cool for several hours. During the hottest parts of the year, we recommend having a friend or neighbor collect your items for you if you'll be away most of the day.
We accept all major credit cards.
Absolutely! Just make sure to add your gate code or other residential access instructions on the "Note to Driver" section of your "Preferences" page.
Farmhouse Delivery currently does not deliver to PO box addresses.
Farmhouse Delivery offers more variety, flexibility and convenience than a typical Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Because we source from many different farms, we can offer a broader variety of produce throughout the growing season. Unlike a CSA, you do not have to pay for the season up front, and you can skip a delivery or alter your schedule as needed. You only pay for the deliveries you receive. You can also customize your Local Produce Box and let us know which fruits and veggies best satisfy your needs. Best of all, we come to you!

Any/all credits can be viewed by accessing your My Account menu (click on your name in the right-hand corner of the screen) and selecting the "Delivery History & Payments" section.

Your Farmhouse shopping cart will reflect your unadjusted subtotal for the week, but rest assured that any active credit(s) on file will automatically apply to your upcoming order.

If you want to skip or pause a week of deliveries on your produce box, rancher box, or meal kit subscriptions, simply navigate to your weekly cart and click the X icon to remove that subscription from your current week's order.

You can also skip full orders up to 6 weeks in advance too! To skip, Log In to your account, head to your Upcoming Deliveries page and locate the order you'd like to skip. Select the 'Skip Delivery’ link to the right of the delivery details.

To fully remove recurring items and subscriptions from all future orders, please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] As long as this is done by the cut off time for your order, it will remove the item from all upcoming orders. If changes are made after the cut off time for your next order, the changes will go into effect with the following week's order.

*Please note that due to the nature of our fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Meal Kit Subscription cut off is different than the cut off for grocery items. Meal Kits cancellations, additions or changes must be done by midnight on Tuesday night, one week before your delivery. If you have an emergency and need to cancel your upcoming Meal Kit after this time, please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] 

We do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of your delivery and our customer service team will happily make it right.
Your experience is important to us. While we don't accept returns in most cases due to the nature of our business, if we can make it right, we will! We are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if you are unhappy with a particular item, please notify us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a credit or replacement item.
Yes! For all of us here at Farmhouse, there is no greater compliment than your referral. We love it so much that BOTH you and your friend will get a $20 credit when they sign up. Please access the "Referrals" section of your customer account menu to obtain a unique referral link to share with the special people in your life. Just remember, they need to live in our service zone. Then, just sit back and start racking up the rewards - there's no limit to how much you can earn!

By entering a cell phone number as the primary telephone number for your account, you will be enrolled to receive automatic SMS delivery updates to let you know when your driver is on the way. You will receive an alert when the driver is a few hours away, another when they are en-route to your residence (with a driver tracking link), and then a final one once the driver has dropped off your order.

Please make sure you are available to meet your driver directly at the door. If you need a few moments, you can text back to let us know you will be available shortly. Our drivers can wait at a residence for up to 5 minutes before having to proceed with their route.

Under Texas law, a certified member of our delivery team needs to verify that the recipient of the alcohol delivery is at least 21 years of age and is not intoxicated. If our delivery associates cannot perform this verification at the time of delivery, the alcohol will not be delivered and our team will either adjust your bill, provide a reimbursement, or make arrangements for redelivery or pick up for this portion of your order.
Yes! Please note that our delivery team will need to verify that the account holder's designated recipient is at least 21 years of age and is not intoxicated at the time of delivery.
Not at this time. By Texas law, we need to check your ID at the time of each delivery.
Due to our sustainable routing practices and variable delivery schedules, our team may not always be able to return to your residence on the delivery day. We can defer your alcohol order to delivery the following week or make arrangements for pick up at our facilities. Please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with more information about available options.
If your credit card has not yet been charged for your delivery, our Customer Care team will remove the alcohol from your bill to ensure you are not billed for those products.

If your card has been charged, our team can set up a redelivery for you for next week or we can credit your customer account for the value of that portion of your order.
Our alcohol delivery services are only available in the Austin area for the time being. We appreciate your understanding!



Most definitely! We want to help make your Thanksgiving as delicious and worry-free as possible with local, ethically sourced ingredients. When you go to our site, just make sure to set up an account first to be assigned a delivery day. 

We’d love to have you stay on as a regular customer after the holiday, but if you are solely shopping for Thanksgiving, just let us know when you’d like our team to swing by to pick up the delivery box(es)/bag(s) your order arrived in. You can call us at 512-529-8569 or email  [email protected] to request a complimentary bin/bag pick up after the holiday.

Your delivery day will be determined by your zip code and our observed holiday schedule. If you are new to the site, please click the JOIN NOW button on the Farmhouse Delivery home page to access our zip code locator tool. 

Holiday week deliveries will occur between 11/20-11/23. You can either elect to receive delivery on a regular service day prior to the week of Thanksgiving or from 11/20-11/23 (days determined by our holiday schedule).

Local turkeys: You can trust that a local turkey from Farmhouse delivery is 100% locally sourced and pasture- raised. Because we deal with small family farms, many cannot afford the lengthy and expensive USDA organic certification process. While not USDA certified organic, our standards for humane treatment, adherence to organic farming practices, and quality meet and exceed those of larger, certified-organic competitors. 

Certified organic turkeys: This year we will be offering non-local turkeys from Glatt Farm. These turkeys are certified organic.

There are 2 methods you can use, you can either thaw the turkey in your refrigerator (RECOMMENDED) or in an ice bath if you are pressed for time. For defrosting information, please refer to our guide.


Thaw breast side up, in an unopened wrapper on a tray in the fridge.

Allow at least 1 day of thawing for every 4 lbs.


Thaw breast side down, in an unopened wrapper, with enough cold water to cover your turkey completely.

Change water every 30 minutes to keep the turkey chilled.

Estimate a minimum thawing time of 30 minutes per lb.

Yes, your Thanksgiving turkey will arrive frozen to ensure that it maintains a safe temperature during its journey to you. All turkeys will arrive frozen solid. Any turkeys arriving between 11/20-11/23 will be subject to a “pre-thaw” process to save you time & stress closer to the holiday. 

*Please note that even with delivery 11-20-11/23, you will still need to allot ample time to thaw your turkey.

If you need to cancel a turkey order, please submit your cancel request no later than 10am, 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day.  
Whether you are feeding a large or small crowd, we recommend allotting 1 lb to 1.5 lbs of turkey per diner (this weight includes the bones). Estimating at 1.5 lbs per person will ensure that there are also enough leftovers to go around.
You can either elect to receive delivery on regular service day before the week of the Thanksgiving Holiday or on 11/22-11/23  when we observe our holiday schedule.
