This is one of the easiest and most satisfying weeknight meal helpers you can have in your fridge. Rich umami mushroom stock blends with ginger, toasted sesame, garlic, and tamari for big flavor that pairs with just about any veggie or protein you're looking to clear out of your fridge.

  • Made fresh in-house with local ingredients

Ingredients: Mushroom stock (roasted cremini mushroom, dried cremini mushroom, roasted onion, tamari, star anise, fennel, coriander, szechuan peppercorn, white peppercorn, water), ginger, garlic, honey, tarmari, sesame oil, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil.

Saute fall or winter veggies, like broccoli, sweet potato, green beans, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, or cabbage or your protein of choice over high heat. Add sauce and stir fry until veggies and/or proteins are coated and sauce is warmed through. Serve over steamed white or brown rice, or over cooked rice noodles.
