They began their journey with the vision of growing the highest quality food for their family and the surrounding community. They are located on a 10-acre pecan orchard in Saint Hedwig, Texas, right outside San Antonio. They are currently producing greens, roots, fruits, micro-greens, herbs, and specialty items such as the Heirloom tomatoes you will find in our market place.
