Description

There's almost nothing more Texan than beef chili - a good one will make you feel right at home. Our Texas-style chili is made with 100% pasture-raised angus beef, organic tomatoes, garlic, and a house blend of dried chiles and spices. The addition of English Mild Ale from our friends at the iconic Draught House Pub & Brewery lends complex, mellow smokiness and roasted malt flavor to every bite.

Simply reheat the chili and serve with cheddar cheese, pickled red onions, and crunchy tortilla chips. Serves 3.

Re-heating Instructions: Thaw chili in the refrigerator overnight. Add to a pan over medium heat and simmer until hot (160F). Serve over tortilla chips or serve chips on the side. Top with shredded cheese and pickled red onions.
