- 6 oz Gorgonzola Piccante Cheese
- 1 lb avg Carrots
- 8 oz avg Celery Sticks
You will need:
- Oil
Hands on Time: 10 minutes; Total Time: 40 minutes
OVEN ROAST INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Thaw chicken wings in refrigerator overnight.
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Drizzle liberally with oil to coat. For extra crispy wings, add an oiled baking rack on top of the foil/parchment to help hot air circulation.
STEP 2 Remove thawed chicken wings from packaging. Pat both sides of wings lightly with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add chicken wings, skin side up, to baking sheet (or baking rack), leaving at least 2 inches of space in between pieces.
STEP 3 Roast chicken wings in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning midway, until well browned and crispy. Broil for 3-5 minutes for additional browning and color, if desired.
STEP 4 As chicken wings roasts, peel and chop carrots into large matchsticks. Crumble blue cheese into ranch dressing, if desired. Serve Buttermilk Herb Ranch and blue cheese dip with Creole chicken wings, carrots and celery.
