Hand-made ravioli filled with creamy butternut squash. Topped with fried sage and chopped walnuts this dish is decadently delicious. Paired with roasted veggies like broccoli or Brussels sprouts, with grated Parmesan and you have a most satisfying meal. Serves 2-3Ingredients: Butternut squash, ricotta (milk, rennet), egg yolk, almond meal, pasta (flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, butter, walnuts, Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet), sage, salt.
Instructions: Allow to thaw. Microwave with lid on for 3 minutes, remove lid gently stir and microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
