This sauce is layered with flavor that can be poured over everything from tacos to enchiladas, nachos, burritos, poblanos, baked proteins, veggies, rice and more.

Frozen product, remove from freezer and thaw day before use.

La Condesa is a James Beard nominated modern Mexican restaurant located in Austin's Vibrant 2nd Street District. Helmed by Executive Chef Rick Lopez, a native Texan, their menu features fresh interior Mexican dishes and a renowned bar program with one of the largest collections of 100% blue agave tequila and mezcal in the city. Chef Lopez uses both traditional and modern cooking techniques, and incorporates ingredients sourced from farmers, ranchers and regional producers with whom he's built close partnerships.
