Mill-King Market and Creamery
Mill-King is a family-run farm that has been in operation for three generations in the Crawford/McGregor area outside Waco, Texas. Grandpa Miller began milking cows around WW2, and the tradition has continued through his grandson Craig and his wife, Rhianna.
Mill-King has a combination of handpicked Holsteins, Brown Swiss, and Jerseys for a milk that is rich with cream, but also smooth for drinking. They grass-feed the herd as much as possible and supplement with a forage-based diet when necessary. All of their feed is free of corn, soy, and GMOs. Mill-King milk is free of antibiotics, hormones, additives, and preservatives. It’s just milk: all-natural, the way nature intended.
