Handcrafted with organic & fair-trade beans that are sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed and stone-ground in-house, Srsly Chocolate puts time and care into every bar. This bean-to-bar Chocolate company starts with dried, fermented cacao beans from the Dominican Republic then uses a “low and slow” roasting approach to tease out the flavor for some seriously good chocolate. It’s rich with a rustic texture, and makes for a mean hot chocolate on chillier days! We love that they donate the husks of all their cacao beans to local farms for mulch.
