As the only full integrated wagyu beef supplier in Texas, Wagyu Excelente takes care every step, starting with holistic livestock management and stock rotation grazing practices. The cattle are grass-fed at the start and finished with a 350+ day proprietary natural and 100% vegetable-based feed, plus brewer's grains for the distinct Wagyu flavor. No growth promoting antibiotics or hormones are every added. The cattle are processed at their own USDA processor in Itasca, Texas |
