We like to pair Fond Liquid Light with tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and beans. Use it as cooking liquid for rice- or jazz up that rice into a biryani with curry powder and your choice of vegetables or meat. For a flu-fighting chicken soup, simmer Fond Liquid Light with a chopped whole long red chili, a sliced 5cm piece of ginger, shredded rotisserie chicken, a can of coconut milk, chopped squash and sweet potatoes, and pearled couscous or zoodles; finish with lime juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
