Exclusive to Farmhouse Delivery, La Condesa’s Cheese Enchiladas feature fold-over tortillas made with Barton Springs Mill heirloom corn, stuffed and smothered with Dos Lunas classico cheese and Texas tomatoes. Serves 2-3.Ingredients: dos lunas classico cheese, heirloom corn tortillas, guajillo broth, tomato, guajillo, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander
Cooking Instructions: Remove the aluminum lid and bake the enchiladas at 350-degrees for 18-25 minutes. Cheese will start to lightly brown and bubble along the edges. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before scooping and serving.
Vegetarian.
