Maple and Chipotle Chèvre is Cadence Creamery's signature fresh goat milk cheese and an homage to Chadley & Kathryn's journey from Texas, to Vermont, and back home to Texas again. The tangy chèvre is hand blended with Vermont maple syrup, then dusted with Texas smoked chipotle powder for the perfect sweet meets smoky complement.

As an appetizer, this smoky chèvre holds its own enjoyed simply with crackers, pita chips or bread. For passed hor d'oeuvres, stuff into dates and wrap with bacon for a twist on Devil's on Horseback. Give your breakfast or lunch a boost of flavor with a spread of chevre on your toasted bagel or rolled inside a wrap.

Nestled just east of Austin, Texas is a family of goats, dogs and two passionate goatherds working to bring you the best small-batch goat milk products. Chadley & Kathryn came home to Texas after spending three years in Vermont exploring the world of artisan cheese making and goat caretaking. Their dream of being cheese makers became reality at Bee Tree Farm, allowing them to introduce Central Texas to their interpretation of artisan goat cheese.

The herd of 40 goats, a mixture of Nubian, Alpine and Saanen, spend their days enjoying alfalfa, high quality grain and natural forage. Their forage lends unique flavor to the cheeses throughout the year, changing with the seasons.
