- 8 oz Farmhouse Kitchen Peanut Sauce
- 10 Bamboo Skewers
You will need:
- Oil of choice
- Salt & Pepper
- Chopped roasted peanuts (optional)

Hands on Time: 15 minutes; Total Time: 15 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Thaw the chicken tenders in the refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to preparing.
STEP 1 Soak the bamboo skewers in hot water at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. This will help prevent the skewers from burning.
STEP 2 Pat the thawed chicken dry with paper towels and slice into long strips, about 3/4 to 1-inch wide. Season with oil, salt and pepper. Thread the chicken strips lengthwise onto the bamboo skewers; set aside.
STEP 3 Heat a large grill pan or skillet over medium-high. Add oil to coat the bottom of the pan or grill ridges. When the oil just begins to shimmer, add the chicken skewers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to serving plates.
STEP 4 If desired, lightly warm the peanut sauce and add a garnish of chopped roasted peanuts and fresh cilantro. Serve chicken with peanut sauce and fresh lime wedges (optional).
Enjoy!
