At The Steeping Room, you come for the tea, but you stay for the baked goods. Their sweets have always been a mainstay at this celebrated Austin restaurant and tea shop. Their sugar cookies are no exception to the rule, and now you can make them in your own kitchen with The Steeping Room's scratch-made sugar cookie dough! Eat them warm and fresh from the oven for an extra-special treat. You'd never know it, but this dough is dairy free and gluten free, too!Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients: Soy Free Earth Balance (Natural Oil Blend, Palm Fruit, Canola & Olive Oils), Water, Contains less than 2% of salt, sunflower lecithin, pea protein, natural flavor, lactic acid (non-dairy), annatto (color), sugar, rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives) baking soda, salt.
