Birch Bender's organic Pancake & Waffle mix comes together with just a splash of water and easy to follow instructions. The resealable package means you can make a serving for just yourself or a big stack for the whole family. The entire package serves 13 and includes instructions for smaller batches.

  • 16 oz Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 6 oz Organic Blueberries
  • 8.5 oz Texas Honey & Maple Syrup

You will need:
  • Water (or Milk of choice)
  • Butter or Oil of Choice
Hands on Time: 10 minutes; Total Time: 10minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1  Combine the pancake mix and water according to Birch Bender package for desired serving size. 
STEP 2  Before flipping the pancake to cook the second side, dot pancake with blueberries, then flip and continue cooking.
STEP 3  Enjoy with butter and warm Texas honey & maple syrup.
