Siete Family Foods

Veronica Garza started making gluten-free, grain-free tortillas with a few simple ingredients several years ago as part of a diet to alleviate symptoms of lupus and other autoimmune conditions. With flour tortillas as a pantry staple in most Texas homes and restaurants, these tortillas allowed her to continue enjoying meals like Mexican fajitas and breakfast tacos with family and friends. Along with her brother, Miguel, and mother, Aida, Veronica prepares Siete tortillas in a completely gluten-free kitchen in Austin. Siete Family Foods is a family-owned business born out of a necessity to make food that everyone can enjoy. They hope their tortillas bring the same joy to your family and friends.
