Chef Fiore Tedesco brings us Italian comfort food classics to enjoy from home! Prepared with sustainable, locally grown produce. Made with homemade mozzarella, and fresh Texas grown eggplant, you'll taste the elegance in each bite. Pair with a nice Italian Barbera for a great summer meal. Serving size 2-3 people. 32 oz. (weights may vary)

Ingredients: Texas Black Beauty eggplants, fresh mozzarella (pasteurized milk, rennet, kosher salt), marinara (plum tomato, yellow onion, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil), grana padano cheese, corn starch, fermented capperino chile & basil. 

Place frozen package in refrigerator overnight to thaw.
Replace cover with foil and place in oven preheated to 350º for 30-35 minutes or until hot in the center (160º).
Watch carefully to prevent burning. Garnish with chopped parsley or other fresh herbs. Enjoy!
