Tiramisu. Do we really need to say anymore? This tiramisu is layered perfection, rich marscarpone cream and sponge soaked in espresso and coffee liqueur. Prepared with heirloom white Sonoran wheat from Barton Springs Mill and made 100% from scratch. We dare you not to eat it all in one sitting!

Ingredients: White Sonoran Sponge (Egg Whites, Egg Yolks, Sugar, Water, Sonoran "00" Flour, Cornstarch) Zabaglione (Mascarpone, Egg Yolks, Sugar, Cream, Overproof Rum, Salt) Coffee, Cocoa Powder, White Chocolate

Lasagna alla Arribatta 
Fresh Pasta (Organic Durum Semolina, filtered water), fresh Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, rennet, kosher salt), Arriabata (plum tomato, yellow onion, garlic, basil, fermented red capperino chiles), Grana Padano, Sauce Mornay (Whole Milk, pecorino romano, yellow onion, White Sonoran 00 flour, butter, clove, bay leaf, mace, aleppo chile, black pepper, kosher salt), Thai Basil. 

Lasagna Cooking Instructions:
Place frozen package in refrigerator overnight to thaw.
Replace cover with foil and place in oven preheated to 350º for 30-35 minutes or until hot in the center (160º).
For crispy charred edges, remove foil and broil for 1-2 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra virgin olive oil to taste. Enjoy!
