Chef Fiore Tedesco brings us Italian comfort food classics to enjoy from home! Prepared with sustainable, locally grown produce, handmade pasta and cheese, this baked ziti is made 100% from scratch. A great option for special occasions or during weeknights when you're craving food that nonna used to make. Feeds 2 people. 32 oz. (weights may vary)

Ingredients: Fresh Pasta (Organic Durum Semolina, filtered water), fresh Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, rennet, kosher salt), Sauce Mornay (Whole Milk, pecorino romano, yellow onion, White Sonoran 00 flour, butter, clove, bay leaf, mace, aleppo chile, black pepper, kosher salt), Mushroom Conserva (Oyster, piopio, Shitake, Cremini mushrooms, olive oil, thyme, garlic, red wine vinegar, rosemary, thyme), Taleggio, Grana Padano, fresh Parsley, fresh Oregano.

1. Place frozen package in refrigerator overnight to thaw.
2. Place package in oven preheated to 350º for 30-35 minutes until piping hot (160º ) in the middle.
3. If you like your baked pasta to have a little crispy charred edge to it, remove cover, turn oven to broil and cook for 1 minute more.
4. Garnish at will with chopped parsley and a glug of olive oil.
