To Reheat & Serve Brisket:
Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove plastic but keep brisket wrapped in packaging. Bake approximately 2-3 hours until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Allow to cool for 10 minutes or more. Cut brisket against the grain into 1/2" thick slices.
