As close to homemade as a pecan pie can get, without all the work. Simply roll out the pie crust, settle the dough into a pie dish, add the filling and bake for sweet and decadent perfection. This pecan pie is beyond just nutty and sweet, a festive touch of orange zest elevates this treat to another level that will leave your guests craving more.

Ingredients:
Pie Filling: Pecans, agave, brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, orange zest, salt
Pie Dough: flour, butter, salt

Directions:
1. Thaw both pie filling and dough in the refrigerator overnight, at least 10 hours
2. Unwrap dough and place on a lightly floured piece of parchment paper, let sit 10 minutes to slightly warm. Roll dough out to a 12-inch circle, place dough over the pie plate and lightly press into place. Cut off the excess overhang and crimp edges as desired. Place the dough back in the fridge while the oven preheats.
3. Preheat oven to 350 with a baking sheet on the middle rack.
4. When preheated remove pie dough from fridge stir contents of pie filling and pour into pie plate.
5. Place pie on a hot baking sheet and bake until filling is set (no longer jiggly), about 60-70 minutes.
6. Allow pie to cool at least one hour before serving.
