Paired with buttery pie dough, it couldn't be easier to achieve pie perfection. Have fun and make miniature, hand held pies using muffin tins or go all out with a full sized pie. Delivered frozen, simply thaw the dough and filling overnight whenever you're ready, roll out the pie dough, then add the filling and bake!

You will need:


  • All purpose flour



INSTRUCTIONS:

Note:
Thaw pie dough and filling in the refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to baking.

STEP 1 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, roll out your pie dough on a lightly floured surface into a rough circle shape, about 1-2 inches wider than your pie pan. Chill pie dough in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
STEP 2 
Set pie pan on a rimmed baking sheet. Stir the pecan pie filling thoroughly, then pour into the prepared pie crust.
STEP 3  Bake the pie for 45-60 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and the filling is set with a slightly jiggly center, but not liquid. Cover the edges of the crust with foil to prevent it from browning too quickly. Set over a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
