The Polka Dot is a traditional white pizza without tomato sauce, topped simply with parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and sage. A satisfying, veggie-friendly pizza that lets the ingredients shine.


Instructions: Position rack in center of oven, set temperature to 475°F. Remove pizza from plastic bag and thaw at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Cook for 5-6 minutes on oven rack until thoroughly hot.

Ingredients: unbleached, non-bromided flour, filtered water, parmesan cheese, whole milk mozzarella (vegetable rennet), cherry tomatoes, fried sage, sea salt. Contains: wheat, milk

After hosting regular Tuesday night pizza parties for years, Jamie Bowers decided to get serious. She purchased a wood-fired oven from Italy and mounted it on a custom trailer. Bola Pizza was born, named after the official crust-taster and dog, Bola. Once the fire was lit, there was no turning back. The dough undergoes a three-day, cold fermentation process that yields a crispy yet chewy crust topped with the highest quality local, organic and imported ingredients.
