Is there any dessert more classic than an old-fashioned pumpkin pie? Flavors of ginger, clove and warm brown sugar give the whipped pie filling all the cozy and aromatic a holiday dessert needs. Simply fill with our Pumpkin Pie Filling and bake as instructed.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin Pie Filling: pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt
Gluten-Free Pie Crust: rice flour, organic palm shortening, potato starch, tapioca starch, water, organic powdered sugar (organic cane sugar, organic tapioca flour), vinegar, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening [*calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar] cellulose gum, modified cellulose) xanthan gum, salt

Directions:
1. Thaw both pie crust and dough in the refrigerator overnight, at least 10 hours
2. Preheat oven to 350 with a baking sheet on the middle rack.
3. When preheated, remove pie dough from the fridge stir contents of pie filling and pour it into the pie plate.
4. Place pie on a hot baking sheet and bake until filling is set (no longer jiggly), about 60-70 minutes.
5. Allow pie to cool at least one hour before serving.

**Please note that the pecan filling is portioned for one pie and that two Pie Jacked Gluten-Free Pie Crusts in 9" tins are included in the kit.
