Freshly prepared from a short list of natural and wholesome ingredients, this plant-based blend of quinoa, roasted vegetables and cilantro is more than just a burger. Shape them big or small, round or flat, then pan fry in a little oil until crispy and crunchy. Top your favorite bun and stack the burger high with all the fixin's or enjoy them as little fritters as an appetizer or side.

Reheating Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Form four patties, shaping to align with the size of your burger buns. Alternatively, shape into 6-10 smaller sized patties to serve as a side dish. Heat 2-3 tbsp. of neutral cooking oil over medium to medium-high heat. When the oil begins to shimmer, carefully add the patties, leaving space in between to flip. Pan fry for about 6 minutes total, turning midway once the first side is golden brown and crisp. Transfer to a paper-towel lined plate to absorb excess oil. Season with salt to taste before serving.
