This fun addition to our hot dog kit collection includes everything you need to create a brightly flavored, Korean-fusion dog. Start with 44 Farms USDA Choice Angus beef franks, which are free of MSG, gluten and nitrates. Tuck the juicy dogs into Easy Tiger's pillow-y soft fresh baked sausage buns, then top with Casper Fermentables' locally made small-batch kimchi and Farmhouse Kitchen's zesty-spicy jalapeño aioli, plus a garnish of fresh scallion for a little bite.

Perfect for camping, glamping, tail gaiting, or a grill out at the park, these spicy kimchi dogs are practically effortless with easy to prepare and conveniently packed ingredients that come together in less than 15 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Thaw hot dogs in refrigerator 1-2 days prior to cooking.

STEP 1  Grill the hot dogs over a gas or charcoal grill over medium heat until plump, juicy and thoroughly hot (165°F). Alternatively, heat in a skillet or grill pan over medium. Turn 3-4 times for even cooking and browning.
STEP 2 
Toast the buns on medium-low heat on the grill as the hot dogs cook, or warm in a 350°F oven until lightly crisp on the outside, while still soft on the inside.
STEP 3  To serve, add grilled hot dog and kimchi to buns. Drizzle with jalapeño aioli and top with thinly sliced green onions.
