A house blend Indian-inspired spices infuse pasture-raised, bone-in chicken thighs with the spicy and warm aromas of coriander, star anise, clove, cinnamon & fennel. These marinated chicken thighs cook up tender and juicy thanks to the addition of locally made yogurt and a squeeze of fresh squeezed lime juice. Grill over open flame or roast at high heat with a quick broil to finish for classic charred Tandoori flavor. Pair with rice, garlic naan, pickles and veggie kebabs for a flavorful feast.

Suggested Oven Roast Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 425°F. Drizzle a large rimmed baking sheet with 1 Tbsp. oil. Line with foil or parchment paper before oiling, if desired. Remove thawed chicken from packaging. Let excess marinade drip away and discard. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-35 minutes, rotating the pan midway. The internal temperature should reach 165°F when cooked through. For deeper caramelization and a bit of flavorful char on the skin, broil for 3-5 minutes before serving. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
