  • 1 lb Beefsteak Tomatoes
  • 1 head Butterhead Lettuce
  • 2 oz Farmhouse Kitchen All Season Salt
  • 8 oz Farmhouse Kitchen Pickled Red Onions
  • 5 oz Creamy Horseradish Chips
You will need:
  • Oil of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Note:
Thaw burgers in refrigerator 24-48 hours prior to cooking. 

STEP 1 
Remove the thawed burger patties from the packaging. Sprinkle All Season Salt on both sides of the patties and set aside.

STEP 2  Pick whole leaves of lettuce from the root ball. Slice the tomatoes. Set aside.
STEP 3  Heat a large griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high. Add oil to coat the bottom of the pan. When the oil shimmers, add the seasoned burger patties. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side for medium, adding 1 to 2 additional minutes for well to well done. Add a slice of cheddar and cover with a lid or foil to melt.
STEP 4  Slice the buns to form a top and bottom. Oil or butter the cut side and toast in skillet over medium until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Alternatively, toast in a 350°F. oven.
STEP 5  Dress the burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions and your preferred condiments. Serve with creamy horseradish potato chips.
