Rockstar Bagels Inc. is a wholesale bagel company located in Austin, TX. Started officially in March of 2009 by local drummer Joe Hummel. Rockstar Bagels provides traditional New York style bagels to local coffee shops, grocery stores, food trailers, cafes and whoever else wants them, in the Austin area. The bagels are boiled, baked, fermented and delivered fresh 7 days a week.
