Description
Inspiration for this dinner comes from the classic French Provençal dish, 40 cloves of Garlic. Our Texas spin on this recipe roasts pasture-raised chicken in Garlic Magic (our house made confit garlic) and a white wine cream sauce with fresh thyme. Local spinach is folded into the decadent sauce, creating a deliciously rich bed for crispy roasted potatoes and tender braised chicken.
