Dufour puff pastry sheets bake up beautifully into flaky, golden layers creating a cozy blanket for smoked, nitrate-free pork sausage links. Serve with Farmhouse Kitchen's sweet & tangy honey mustard sauce!

Pigs in a blanket are totally riff-able. You can snuggle cheese or pickled peppers next to the sausages and sprinkle the tops with spices or sesame seeds before baking. Wrap the pastry sheets around the sausages in different shapes or sizes. Whatever you do, remember to enjoy a few bites before setting them out for your guests. These throwback snacks will disappear quickly.

Ingredients
Dufour Classic Puff Pastry- USDA Grade AA Butter (cream, natural flavorings), Unbleached Unbromated Flour, Water, Salt, Lemon Juice

Beeler's Lil' Bites Uncured Smoked Sausages- Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Turbinado Sugar, Sage, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Celery Powder

FHK Honey Mustard- Dijon Mustard, Whole Grain Mustard, Honey, Kosher Salt, Sugar, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Cayenne, Avocado Oil, Water

Recipe
INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
STEP 2 Cut the puff pastry into 4 long strips. Cut long triangles from each strip.
STEP 3 Wrap sausages by setting each on the fat end of the triangle and rolling towards the point. Press down to ensure they stick.
STEP 4 Optionally, brush the tops of the pastry with egg wash for an extra golden shine.
STEP 5 Bake for 15-20 minutes, rotating halfway, or until the pastry is puffed, flaky, and golden brown. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm with honey mustard sauce for dipping.
Defrosting Guide
Thaw sausages and puff pastry in the refrigerator overnight.
