Ktonic Kombucha was started in 2008 by Greg Goodman. As the business grew, he partnered with Bryan Schmitz to help with his larger-scale production. Goodman was passionate about kombucha and was determined to find a better fermentation process to reduce the unnecessary fructose and bring out the natural flavors of the tea.
