Trosi farms is a regenerative farming operation with farms in Elgin and Waller. Led by William Nikkel, they focus on cultivating a flourishing soil microbiome. By bringing in mulch and molasses they are able to create rich soil through the Bokashi method. This synergy between living soil and plant creates the most resilient plants and ecosystem, and truly remarkable produce.
