Hat & Heart Farm is a 6th generation farming family and the second generation to grow on their 50-year-old farm near Fredericksburg, Texas. J.W. and Mario Ottmers, better known as Oma and Opa, started it all at the farm, imparting their wisdom, dedication, strength, and unmatched work ethic.

Following in his parents' footsteps and honoring his German-Texan heritage Bradley Ottmer set a goal to grow food that nourishes his neighbors. Using organic and sustainable practices, he grows a myriad of seasonal vegetables and shepherds over 100 meat goats on his gorgeous Texas Hill Country. His flock of over 500 laying hens are raised on pasture and fed a non-gmo non-soy feed and leftover vegetables. Chances are, the eggs you buy from Hat & Heart Farm were gathered, graded, and carefully placed in the carton by Oma's hands.
