When Perrine and Aubrey NoeIke, first moved out to the Texas Hill Country to build their farm, they started with their kitchen. Producing good food lies at the heart of what they do.

They practice sustainable stewardship, meaning the land isn't treated with herbicides or pesticides, animals are treated humanely, and fed 100% organic feed. All of this combines into happier animals and food that just tastes better.
