What started as a curious weekend experiment roasting beans in Mary and Andy's kitchen soon grew into something bigger. Starting small with a few pounds at a time shared with family and neighbors, they soon realized this was what they wanted to build their lives around.

Today, that simple passion has become a local roastery built on one idea: coffee should taste fresh, honest, and full of character. Each week small batches of 20 to 30 pounds are roasted so every bean gets the care it deserves.
