In 2015, our founder Stephane Scherzer set out to tackle food waste and make healthy, seasonal cooking easier for everyone. That vision became Farmhouse Kitchen, where we turn locally sourced produce and meats into chef-crafted meal kits, pantry staples, and ready-to-eat favorites. Led by Steph and Chef Carlos, our kitchen keeps food waste under two percent by using surplus ingredients from nearby farms and partnering with ranchers who share our values around regenerative, humane practices.
