Ingredients:
4–5 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1 crisp apple (like Honeycrisp or Pink Lady), matchsticked or thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped Texas pecans, toasted
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or celery leaves
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Keepers Harvest Raw Cotton Honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: shaved cheese or a pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Toss the Salad:
