This 100% pasture-raised, oak-smoked whole brisket has rightfully earned a cult following across central Texas farmers' markets, loved for its savory, smoky flavor. A simple seasoning of salt and pepper allows the oak and rich beefy flavor to shine, making it a perfect addition to BBQ plates, sandwiches, chili, and more.

If refrigerated (not frozen):
Oven Method – Best for Whole or Large Slices
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Wrap the brisket in a double layer of foil. If it's sliced, add a splash of broth, beer, or water inside the wrap to help retain moisture.
Place on a baking sheet or in a shallow roasting pan.
Heat for 45–60 minutes , or until internal temperature reaches 165°F .
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing (if not already sliced).
If frozen:
Thaw overnight in the fridge first , then follow the above oven method.
Need it faster? Use the same foil wrap method and cook at 275°F for 2.5–3 hours , checking for internal temp.
