Crisp and juicy with a bright balance of sweetness and acidity, Cripps Pink apples are the kind of fruit that works just as well straight from the fridge as it does in the oven.

Slice them for snacks and lunchboxes, add them to salads and cheese boards, or bake them into crisps, pies, and simple skillet desserts. Their firm texture helps them hold up well when cooked, making them a useful apple to keep around all week.
