Elotes Loco Street Corn Nachos
Serves 4 | Ready in 20 minutes
These nachos combine the creamy, spicy-sweet punch of Elotes Loco Hot Sauce with roasted corn, melty cheese, and all your favorite Tex-Mex toppings. It's street corn meets snack board—and it's outrageously good.
Ingredients:
1 bag El Milagro Tortilla Chips
1½ cups roasted or grilled sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
1½ cups shredded jack/cheddar blend
? cup SAVIR Foods Elotes Loco Hot Sauce , plus more for drizzling
¼ cup sour cream or yogurt , thinned with lime juice
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 sliced ??jalapeño (fresh or pickled)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Optional: sliced ??avocado, black beans, crumbled cotija
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Layer the Nachos:
Spread half the tortilla chips on the sheet. Sprinkle with half the cheese, corn, and onion. Repeat with the rest of the chips and toppings. Drizzle 2–3 tablespoons of Elotes Loco sauce over the top.
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes , or until the cheese is melty and bubbling.
Top & Serve:
Remove from oven and drizzle with more Elotes Loco sauce and cream/yogurt mixture. Top with jalapeño, cilantro, and any optional toppings. Serve hot!
