Mercado Sin Nombre's Zongolica Coffee Beans are a tribute to the rich heritage and dedication of 20 women growers from the Nahua community in Zongolica, Veracruz. Cultivated at elevations between 1,250 and 1,700 meters, these beans are processed using hand-cranked de-pulpers, then washed and sun-dried on patios for 15 days, preserving the integrity of their origin. This medium-light roast reveals a harmonious blend of bright cocoa notes, subtle papaya undertones, and a lingering sweetness, offering a clean and balanced cup.
