Texas-Style Smoky BBQ Chicken Wings

These Texas-inspired chicken wings are smoky, slightly spicy, and coated in a rich, tangy barbecue glaze. Perfect for game day, backyard cookouts, or a quick weeknight treat!

Ingredients:
2 lbs Deeply Rooted Ranch Chicken Wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin

For the Texas BBQ Sauce:
½ cup your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Prep the Wings:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (or heat a grill to medium-high).
Pat the wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.

Cook the Wings:

Oven: Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Toss in BBQ Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Toss the hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated.

Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
