C'mon Berto - Made by the artisans at Lira Rossa in Moulton, Texas, their Italian-inspired cheeses are all crafted with local Texas cow's milk. C'mon Berto is their take on a bloomy Camembert-style cheese made with pasteurized milk and aged for about four weeks.  Bright, milky, and buttery, this pudgy round is as easily enjoyed on a cheese board as it is snacked on with some apples. Similar in style to a brie, Lira Rossa's camembert is an excellent crowd-pleaser.

Texas Gold Cheddar - With a natural golden coloring from Veldhuizen Cheese's herd of grass-fed and pasture-raised Jersey cows, Texas Gold Cheddar is mild with nice protein crystals in the paste and has a slightly sweet and nutty flavor. Made with unpasteurized milk and aged on-site in Stephensville, TX, these gilded wheels are aged for 3-4 months in caves constructed by founder, Stuart Veldhuizen, himself.
