Recipe
Garlicky Pea Tendrils with Lemon & Olive Oil
Serves 2 | Ready in 10 minutes
A quick sauté that’s bright, delicate, and packed with flavor—perfect as a side dish or piled on toast.
Ingredients:
1 oz fresh pea tendrils
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Texas Olive oil
Squeeze of organic lemon juice
Salt & cracked black pepper
Optional: shaved Lira Rossa cheese or chili flakes
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
Toss in pea tendrils and cook for 1–2 minutes until just wilted.
Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over top, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, garnished with cheese or chili flakes if desired.
