Garlic Butter Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms
A simple, flavorful way to enjoy oyster mushrooms with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 lb oyster mushrooms, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp butter (or olive oil for vegan option)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or thyme, for garnish

Instructions:
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
Stir in garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve as a side dish, over pasta, or on toast.
